    Mini-Intensive.

    Take the first, rapid steps towards healing and uncover, and begin working on, the underlying factors driving the behaviour.

    Begin to develop a greater sense of awareness and enhance your control over body-based urges and nervous system responses.

    Rewire limiting core beliefs and actively work to reduce feelings of internal shame or self-judgment.

    Create a sustainable sense of inner calm, control, and resilience within your nervous system.

    We’ll work to achieve your therapy goals rapidly by meeting online for six two hour sessions, allowing you to dive deeper into your healing process.

  • Brain Body Change

    Intensive.

    Take the next step with an EMDR Intensive, designed to give you rapid results in an immersive transformational experience.

    EMDR intensives are gentler and more effective than traditional talk therapy and are designed for people who want or need results quickly. This is a good fit for accomplished women with busy schedules who are looking for faster healing.

    I understand how urgent your need for help can be and that one hour per week talk therapy has not worked for you. EMDR Intensives, lasting between three to five days, will give you the accelerated healing that you need so that you achieve your therapy goals quickly and sustainably.

    We’ll meet online for up to four hours a day over three to five days, so that you begin to see rapid progress in your healing.

  • Transformational Therapy Retreat

    Residential Retreat.

    Join me for a high octane EMDR based intensive therapy retreat where the focus is on getting you to exactly where you want to be in relation to your body focused repetitive behaviour.

    EMDR works best when the body feels safe, the mind is open, the environment supports calm and healing feels most natural. Here, in the spectacular natural setting of the Oakhaven Retreat Centre in Southwest France, you will make rapid progress towards disengaging fully from your BFRB.
