Compared to standard approaches, the model I use accelerates your healing allowing you to progress rapidly towards your goal of healing and disengaging from your picking, pulling or biting. It feels gentler too - you won’t have to repeatedly reprocess distressing material every week for prolonged periods of time. Working intensively is also respectful of your time and budget, getting important work done in an efficient and lasting way. The changes made here are sustainable and clients report a greater sense of security in the progress they’ve made. Should body focused behaviours recur, then processing these can be done quickly and effectively, building on the work already done.

  • Disengage from the responses that keep the behaviour going that make that pulling or picking a compulsion.

Most importantly, through our work you will no longer need to rely on picking and pulling because we will have worked through absolutely everything that put the behaviour in place and that has kept it there for so long.

Through your commitment to this work, you’ll have processed through all that had made you have to rely on your picking, pulling and biting and have developed insight and compassion. You’ll have developed alternative skills for challenging times, ensuring your future needs will be met.

Why Work With Me?

Brain Body Calm - Begin here with weekly ninety minute virtual therapy sessions over six weeks. 

These longer sessions are often experienced as gentler on your nervous system. Starting here allows you to build trust and provides time to dive deeply and efficiently into your healing process.

Brain Body Connect - Mini Intensive Retreat lasting two days (three nights).

You’ve seen what’s possible and you’re eager to continue making progress and consolidate the success you’ve had in your healing journey so far. The next step is a mini-intensive retreat, tailored to your needs and goals, in the magnificent countryside of Southwest France.

Here we’ll work together 1:1 at a far greater intensity to give you faster, measurable results.

Brain Body Change Intensive Retreat - Four consecutive days of gentle but intensive EMDR based therapy in in the spectacular natural setting of the Oakhaven Retreat Centre in Southwest France. This gives you time to process all the elements keeping your BFRB in place and gives you the tools to permanently uncouple from the compulsions and behaviours. Working at this level allows you to make rapid, long-term progress as well as accessing an unforgettable experience of healing and significant personal growth.

Fearless Future - My VIP consolidation package where we meet for a series of follow-up sessions to embed the healing and progress you’ve experienced. This is where you access support for the inevitable ‘wobbles’ and protect the work you’ve done.

Cost

The total cost of our work will vary depending on which option is right for you and your situation. After finding out a bit more about you, I will be able to help you towards making the treatment choice that will be best for you. My fees vary depending on the package that you choose and I can help you to make the choice that is manageable and serves your best interests.
